Shipping policy

We ship items globally and we offer FREE shipping for all orders value over $199.
Regular delivery takes upto 10 working days after making process finishes. We use some local couriers for regular delivery.
Express shipping takes upto 3-5 working days after making process finishes and we use DHL and Fedex couriers depending on the shipping country.
As soon as item gets on track , we provide tracking details. It is customer responsibility to keep a track of item and receive the delivery.
If shipment is missed , it will usually return to local depot and it can be collected or scheduled for re-delivery but after multiple delivery attempts couriers return the item back to us. In that case we charge full shipping fee to ship the item back again.
Any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing our products.
